Australian Shopify Store Return and Refund Policy

        • Outside the return window

Return Process:

    1. Contact us within the designated return window at info@timemore.com.au with your Order Number to initiate the return process.
    1. We will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return the item.
    1. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and attach the return label.
    1. Ship the item back to us using the provided label or a trackable method.
    1. Keep your shipping receipt for proof of return.

Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or does not match the description.

Warranty:

    • All products sold on our website come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the product information or contact the manufacturer for details.

Exclusions:

This policy does not apply to:

    • Digital products
    • Gift cards
    • Products excluded from returns on the product page
